At Spotlight, it’s our mission to craft and sustain a successful analyst relations (AR) program for our clients and continually develop top AR leaders. The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator plays a key role in onboarding our employees and helping them meet professional growth goals. You will support the L&D  team in organizing training programs which effectively develop employees across the company. 


Among the role’s responsibilities are driving and overseeing elements of the new-hire onboarding process, streamlining operations and tasks, managing all scheduling and logistics for training sessions, creating and updating training materials, gathering and reporting feedback on employees and training sessions to help evolve the L&D program, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization.  The ultimate goal is for you to become a trusted resource in guiding employees to the right development opportunities. 


If you are not familiar with the world of Analysts Relations, fear not. You will be properly trained and equipped to excel in this role.


The successful Learning and Development coordinator will…

  • Operate with a sense of proactive urgency and professionalism
  • Meet deadlines while exhibiting strong communication and organizational skills 
  • Take a hands-on approach to work and dive in wherever needed.
  • Manage projects with varying deliverables, stakeholders, and due dates.
  • Help coordinate and support a variety of L&D initiatives
  • Create and manage a database of shareable learning assets - best practices, job aids, Keynote decks, etc  and 
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings with multiple parties, reviewing documents for accuracy, creating meeting agendas and capturing notes.

Strong candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds including HR, corporate communications, public relations, business administration, marketing and/or education.
