At Spotlight, it’s our mission to craft and sustain a successful analyst relations (AR) program for our clients and continually develop top AR leaders. The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator plays a key role in onboarding our employees and helping them meet professional growth goals. You will support the L&D team in organizing training programs which effectively develop employees across the company.
Among the role’s responsibilities are driving and overseeing elements of the new-hire onboarding process, streamlining operations and tasks, managing all scheduling and logistics for training sessions, creating and updating training materials, gathering and reporting feedback on employees and training sessions to help evolve the L&D program, and collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization. The ultimate goal is for you to become a trusted resource in guiding employees to the right development opportunities.
